Pre-Production: Logistical Elements​

In addition, I did this to make sure I can be well-equipped for the days I need to record as this allows me to be able to get the equipment prepared thus meaning each recording session can take place with minimal complications involving props. In the industry, this would be vital so then it can be organised and no money would be wasted if the crew were not told to be at a certain date so then the responsibility of the contingency plan being triggered would be because of the crew and not the disorganisation.

Location Scouting

       

Overall, using my research, I came to the conclusion that Barnes Park and my house are the two most suitable locations as the risks are not nearly as high compared to other locations, and it is generally more accessible and allows for a lot more flexibility. 

Here, this is the locations we wanted to use and the paperwork so then I could legally shoot footage in the area. We chose Barnes Park and my house as these places are easily accessible and do not require an extensive amount of permission needed. Using this, I am much more organised, and I feel like I can fulfil the deadlines expected of me. In addition, this allowed me to discuss with my crew what places they would believe to be the easiest which is why I ultimately decided that my house and Barnes Park would be the best locations to shoot at.

Weather Check

  

Using this, I am much more organised, and I feel like I can fulfil the deadlines expected of me instead of wasting time, energy and money. In addition, I did this to make sure I can be well-equipped for the days I need to record as this allows me to be able to know what I should do some days. If I did not do this, I would be a lot more unprepared and in the industry this would be a costly mistake especially if there were no contingency plans and it starts to rain.

Contracts

  

Here, these contracts are useful as they allow me to not have to worry about things going wrong as much in production as although things are bound to go wrong, I can rectify these issues easier and in a much timelier manner. Using this, I am much more organised, and I feel like I can fulfil the deadlines expected of me. In addition, I did this to make sure I can be well-equipped for any particular thing that could go wrong. 

Risk Assessment 

Here, this is the risk assessment I had to do so then I knew the risks of shooting in the locations that I will use for my TV Advert. Using this, I am much more organised, and I feel like I can fulfil the deadlines expected of me. In addition, I did this to make sure I can be well-equipped for any particular thing that could go wrong. If I did not do this, I would be endangering my crew as there could be a serious health hazard unchecked if I did not check for hazards and in the industry, you would be held legally accountable if there was an injury in the workplace from an unchecked hazard. 

Shooting Schedule

In addition to this shooting schedule, after Christmas, I will begin editing thus an editing schedule would be required.  In addition, I did this to make sure I can be well-equipped for the days I need to record as this allows me to be able to get the equipment prepared thus meaning each recording session can take place with minimal complications involving props. 

Monday:

Morning- Paperwork (analysis of what I have done so far)

Afternoon- Podcast (record, edit or prepare)

Tuesday: 

Morning- Podcast (record, edit or prepare)

Afternoon- Edit TV Advert or Paperwork

Wednesday:

Morning- Edit TV Advert (non-compulsory)

Afternoon- Edit TV Advert/paperwork 

Friday:

Morning- Paperwork

Using this, I am much more organised, and I feel like I can fulfil the deadlines expected of me.

In addition, I can foresee that there will be some issues with the production such as actors not turning up, weather, or actors not being available. To counteract this, I made sure to have a very flexible schedule so then if any last-minute issues were to occur, it would not be the end of the world and instead I can work on something else linked to the campaign such as the podcast as that only requires one person.
