Front Cover flat plans

Overall, I came to the conclusion that the second iteration of the front cover is a better plan due to the superior lay out as I believe it looks more professional. However, the first iteration was very helpful as it also allowed me to bring concepts I wanted to create onto a plan and refine it in other iterations. The qualities I prefer on the first iteration are the dominant image in the middle of the front cover, the skyline which advertises canon's product and the cover lines which showcases information.

Overall, I decided that I am going to use the best qualities of both flat plans as the first one is much more structurally pleasing with plenty of cover lines and sub image screamers however the second iteration has qualities such as the dominant image. This would make it more appealing to my target audience as the people who may want to start a YouTube channel because of this advert would like to see a gaming setup as a way of enticing them to continue reading.
